Women empowerment refers to the process of creating an environment in which women have the power to make decisions, access opportunities, and exercise control over their lives. It involves improving the social, economic, political, and personal well-being of women. Empowering women is not only about granting them the freedom to express themselves but also about ensuring they have the resources and support to thrive in society.
Ensuring that women have equal access to education and the opportunity to learn. Education enables women to make informed decisions and unlock doors to employment and leadership roles.Empowering women economically involves providing opportunities for women to participate in the workforce, start businesses, and manage their finances.
