Based on the experience of worked associating with Mr. C. R. Raja, Trichy for the welfare and rehabilitation of the abandoned aged people and differently abled people, inspired Mrs. Baby Panneerselvam to start a service organisation along with some like minded friends and social conscious women by name " Avvaiyar Civil Service Organisation in 2021.Subsequently, Avvaiyar was registered as a public Charitable Trust under Indian Trust Act 1882.Then, all other required legal registrations to be a full eligible Social service organisation were obtained. Thus, a full fledged service organisation with a determination of serving the target people, especially the downtrodden women and children emerged.
